Monogram CombinationsUnique Monograms combining multiple styles.  Monogram Styles Used:Monogram: DRN This three-letter monogram tries to capture several aspects of a child's personality. On the one hand she (or he) is careful, always thoughtful, and leans toward maturity. On the other hand this free-spirited child sometimes just gets close to attaining these goals. We decided to combine two different Kiddo styles in one monogram. We started with the last initial N from Kiddo Monogram Set 4 (the careful side), then flanked it with the letters D and R from Kiddo Monogram Set 2 (the free-spirited side). The overall size is 3 1/2" (89mm) tall by 8 3/4" (222mm) wide. How we made these monogramsEmbroidery software programs make it easy to delete elements, copy and paste elements from other designs, resize different aspects, and merge elements together into one new design. Each program is a bit different in how the Edit functions are managed. Once you have learned to use yours, creating new monograms from other monogram parts is creative and fun. Experiment with different arrangements and colors. |
