Monogram CombinationsUnique Monograms combining multiple styles.  Monogram Styles Used:KRV The starting point for this three-letter monogram is the letter V from the Princess Monogram Set 1. We removed the scroll brackets. The original letter has a playful slant. We used our software to adjust the tilt of the letter so that it was more vertical. Next, we added flanking letters - K and R - from the Baroque Monogram Set 1. We used the same thread color for the small lozenge shapes within the letter V and the flanking letters to pull the monogram together into one design. The overall size is 3 1/2” (89mm) tall by 3 3/8” (87mm) wide. How we made these monogramsEmbroidery software programs make it easy to delete elements, copy and paste elements from other designs, resize different aspects, and merge elements together into one new design. Each program is a bit different in how the Edit functions are managed. Once you have learned to use yours, creating new monograms from other monogram parts is creative and fun. Experiment with different arrangements and colors. |
