Monogram CombinationsUnique Monograms combining multiple styles.  Monogram Styles Used:Monogram: BG This is a two letter monogram - which can sometimes get tricky for people used to three letter conventions. For a two letter monogram the typical arrangement is first initial on the left, last name initial on the right. In this case we liked the slanted geometry of the letters from Art Deco Monogram Set 15, and looked for an outline or border that would be compatible. Circle Monogram Set 4 has a nice two color border that blended well. We just had to use our embroidery software program to reduce the size of the two letters so that they fit comfortably in the open space. The overall size is 2 1/2" (63mm) tall by 2 1/2" (63mm) wide. How we made these monogramsEmbroidery software programs make it easy to delete elements, copy and paste elements from other designs, resize different aspects, and merge elements together into one new design. Each program is a bit different in how the Edit functions are managed. Once you have learned to use yours, creating new monograms from other monogram parts is creative and fun. Experiment with different arrangements and colors. |
