Monogram CombinationsUnique Monograms combining multiple styles.  Monogram Styles Used:Monogram: KSO We wanted to take advantage of the rustic quality of the letters in the Homestead Monogram Set 3 to create a Western concept three-letter "brand". We started with the letter O, which has open space inside the letter outline, then went looking for smaller letters - K and S - that would fit in this space. We found what we wanted in the Woolworth Monogram Set, and made the letters slightly smaller for a better fit visually. The overall size is 3 1/2" (89mm) tall by 3 1/2" (89mm) wide. How we made these monogramsEmbroidery software programs make it easy to delete elements, copy and paste elements from other designs, resize different aspects, and merge elements together into one new design. Each program is a bit different in how the Edit functions are managed. Once you have learned to use yours, creating new monograms from other monogram parts is creative and fun. Experiment with different arrangements and colors. |
