Monogram CombinationsUnique Monograms combining multiple styles.  Monogram Styles Used:Monogram: KPE Taking advantage of the extra size of the letters from our Empire XL Monogram Set, we used it to create a big display monogram for bath towels. Using the middle initial E as our starting point, we looked for flanking letters from a different style - one that would provide compatible swirly elements. The letters K and P from our Moderne Monogram Set 2 are much smaller, so can be nestled into the curves of the E. We moved all three elements around in our software, adjusting not only placement but the tilt of the letters before settling on this result. The overall size is 7" (177 mm) tall by 5 1/4" (134 mm) wide. How we made these monogramsEmbroidery software programs make it easy to delete elements, copy and paste elements from other designs, resize different aspects, and merge elements together into one new design. Each program is a bit different in how the Edit functions are managed. Once you have learned to use yours, creating new monograms from other monogram parts is creative and fun. Experiment with different arrangements and colors. |
