Their first meeting goes well, and they both find Paul (Mark Ruffalo) to be an interesting character, and a contrast to their Moms. The household dynamics quickly become complicated, and nobody is sure how he fits in, if at all. Scene: Jules is struggling to assert herself, an has started a landscaping business. Paul invites her to his house to advise him on his garden. Monogram: The truck, with a logo on the door, and the company name "Designs by Jules" along with a phone number.
