Director: Jane Campion Synopsis: The year is 1925. Phil Burbank (Benedict Cumberbatch ) is a rugged, wealthy, charismatic rancher. He is rooted in the past. His brother and business partner George (Jesse Plemons) has for decades helped keep their Old West concept alive - until he decides to marry Rose (Kirsten Dunst), a widow with a teen aged son. Peter (Kodi Smit-McPhee) is an awkward medical student. Phil decides to mentor Peter - in part to annoy Rose, but he also has a secret about his own past. Scene: Phil idolized his own mentor - Bronco Henry, who died some years earlier. He has a memento, which he produces during a private moment on a riverbank. Monogram: Handkerchief, embroidered with initials B H. Contributed by: EmbroideryArts | ![]() | ![]() | ||||||||
